Terms of Use
Updated October 7, 2026.
The service
LabelForge is a free browser-based tool for generating Code 128 labels from your existing inventory values. It supports printable ASCII barcode values and PDF exports. It does not register product identifiers, issue GS1 numbers or provide retail UPC / EAN, carrier shipping labels, authenticity certification or regulatory approval.
Your responsibility
Use data you are entitled to process. Verify quantities, encoded values, page dimensions and printed output. Match layouts to your own label stock and printer. Print calibration at 100% / Actual size and test a real label with your scanner before printing a batch.
Limits
The tool accepts files up to 5 MB, 5,000 product rows and 5,000 total labels per export, with 1–100 copies per row. It may reject invalid, oversized or too-dense barcode values. Large files and multilingual font downloads may take time or fail on devices with limited memory.
Availability and output
The service is provided as available, without a guarantee that every printer, label stock or scanner will work with the generated output. Do not rely on it as your only inventory record. Keep your source files and check the result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, submit illegal content or attempt to misuse our infrastructure. Features and limits may change as the service develops. There are currently no paid plans or payment processing.
